By accessing and using Retratte ("the Service"), you accept these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the Service.

Retratte is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to transform photographs into digital artistic portraits. The Service includes:

• Free preview generation (up to 4 per session)
• Purchase and download of high-resolution portraits (2048 x 2048 px)
• Account access to download purchased portraits

You can explore and generate previews without creating an account. To purchase a portrait, you need to register with a valid email address or through Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

You agree to:

• Only upload photos you have rights to or authorization for
• Not upload illegal, offensive, or rights-infringing content
• Not attempt to circumvent the technical limitations of the Service
• Not use the Service to generate inappropriate or harmful content

Payments are processed through our secure payment providers. By making a purchase, you accept the terms of the applicable payment processor in addition to these Terms.

Refund policy: Since the Service offers free previews before purchase, no refunds are issued once payment is processed. If you experience a technical issue preventing the generation or download of your portrait, contact us at hola@retratte.com and we will resolve your case.

Your photos: You retain all rights to the photographs you upload. Photos are processed temporarily and we do not share them with third parties beyond what is necessary for portrait generation.

Generated portraits: Once purchased, you have the right to use the generated portrait for personal use. This includes printing, sharing on social media, and using as a profile picture. Resale or mass commercial distribution of portraits is not permitted.

Brand: The name "Retratte", its logo, and design are the exclusive property of Retratte.

Retratte uses artificial intelligence models that may produce variable results. We do not guarantee:

• Exact preservation of all features of the photographed subject
• Identical results when regenerating with the same photos
• Uninterrupted availability of the Service

Purchased portraits will be available for download for 30 days from the date of purchase.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
